Hi, I’m Petra and nature conservation is my job. As I grew up surrounded by nature, I can say that nature conservation is also my calling. The desire for a deeper understanding of the living world led me to study biology, but my curiosity did not end there. I am fascinated by natural phenomena unknown to me, but also by “ordinary” scenes like a flock of sparrows in the bushes. I am an introvert by nature, which forces me to think more deeply about the world around me and find more creative ways of expressing myself. I believe that healthy nature is the human right, but it is also our obligation to keep it in balance. I wish that as many people as possible experience natural phenomena and become aware of the importance of all the processes that make nature alive and enable our survival.
